Whereas towards the mandate of realizing the establishment of the MFB, the following members have been nominated among those who have acquired shares  in the proposed MFB to consisted the Interim Board of Directors of the proposed MFB:

    Whereas the members of the Interim Board of Directors of the proposed MFB hereby deem it fit to commence the business of Microcredit Scheme with a view towards raising the required capital from the business of the Microcredit Scheme for the ultimate aim of establishing the microfinance in the very near foreseeable future.
