I/We, being 18 years or above, hereby willingly apply for the Application of Shares in ENUC Microfinance Bank Project as stated in the Share Application Form hereunder.

I/We, attach evidence of the payment of shares in full for the number of shares indicated on the same Application form at N10.00 per share.

I/We, agree to accept the same or any smaller amount of shares in respect of which allotment may be made by the promoters.

I/We, authorize promoters to send a Share Certificate and/or make a refund in Naira for any amount oversubscribed, by post to the address first given below as the shareholder(s) of such a smaller amount.

I/We, agree to abide by the rules of the sale of shares as may be determined by the promoters.
